“Whose Game is It, Anyway?”

Dr. Richard Ginsburg, PhD
MGH & Harvard Medical School –Sports Psychology. Whose Game is it Anyway? www.whosegameisitanyway.com

We are living in an extremely competitive and outcome-oriented culture. The pressure for children to perform in sports has increased dramatically over the past decade. Camps are now dealing with more parental scrutiny, involvement and expectations. How can camps develop successful sports programs that help young athletes perform to their best ability? How do camps manage teams with varying degrees of talent?

Dr. Richard Ginsburg, a clinical psychologist in the MGH Department of Psychiatry, is an author and has experience as a sports consultant, coach, teacher and athlete who brings a unique perspective to these questions.
